We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had traditional features. The location was convenient, with a train station nearby for easy transportation into the city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the high quality of the newly refurbished rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. Secondly, the location in an English pub added a unique charm to the stay. The friendly staff and lively atmosphere created a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Lastly, the breakfast, although it could have included some yoghurt, was delicious and served with care.
All in all, this hotel left me with a positive impression.

The location of this guesthouse was convenient, with easy access to Highams Park overground train station. The onsite restaurant provided a stunning dining experience, and the pub atmosphere added to the charm of the place. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to provide fantastic service. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and there were even cookies and hot chocolate left in the room for guests.
The walls in the room were thin, allowing for some noise from the corridors and the pub downstairs.

Convenient location for event. Well-furnished, if small, rooms. Good pub food at reasonable prices. Varied breakfast options. Lovely Victorian property with comfortable bed. Convenient parking and friendly staff. Good public access to city. Great continental breakfast with option for full English. Private function room with delicious food. Good private parking.
